How we got here
The Problem Identified
Our founders experienced firsthand how broken the recruitment process was — candidates receiving no updates for weeks, hiring managers drowning in spreadsheets, and great talent lost to slow processes.
Hireflow Founded
We set out to build a recruitment platform that treated candidates as people, not applicants. Hireflow's first version launched with structured pipelines, real-time status updates, and collaborative review tools.
Growing the Platform
We expanded the platform to support multi-role interview panels, detailed application tracking, and HR admin tools — helping organizations of all sizes run structured, fair hiring processes.
